REFUNDS/CREDITS

SIRENNET.COM will issue a refund for any unused product that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returns. No exceptions.

  • ORIGINAL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER, NOT SIRENNET.COM.
  • ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
  • GOODS RECEIVED AFTER 30 FROM DATE OF INVOICE WILL BE REFUSED.


Returns will be processed the day we receive your package. All returns must be packaged securely and insured. We will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment. All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund. E-mail us at returns@SIRENNET.COM for a return authorization number.

WHY A RE-STOCKING FEE?

SIRENNET.COM takes great pride in providing our customers with as much product information as possible via text, images, PDF's and videos. We believe that this helps our customers make a more informed decision before they purchase from us.

Returns are very expensive for both you and for us. Rather than inflate all of our prices to cover the costs that we incur to process returns, we feel that it is much more equitable to charge a re-stocking fee to those people who actually do make returns.
