Returns will be accepted for items returned with a RMA # up to 30 days from the date of invoices.
Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to our warehouse. In order to track your return, please ship via UPS, FedEx, Airborne, DHL or Bax Global.
All returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Returned items must be in a re-salable condition. Any items showing wear, soiling, damage, modification, or signs of being installed will not eligible for credit.
If you wish to return product please follow these 3 simple steps:
Attach this completed form and a copy of the packing slip with your return.
Write in bold print either on the shipping label or outside of the box the Return Authorization Number.

Any package received without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) on the outside of the box or returned 30 days after the invoice dates will be refused. SIRENNET.COM will not issue credit on any equipment that has been installed, used or returned in a non re-saleable condition.
